Update

Although our goal of $250 is met, I am still accepting donations on her behalf until tomorrow night (Wednesday, January 2nd). If any additional money is collected, I will use it to purchase her an iTunes gift card and make a donation to Twin Cities Guinea Pig Rescue in her name. This little girl is not expecting anything to happen. She didn't pony up her meager savings because she wanted to have her cake and eat it too. She put it forth with a smile because she wanted to do the right thing for her pet. She did something kind and selfless and unexpected, and I really want to see something kind and selfless and unexpected happen to her in return.
